Eligibility for Returns
- Customized items (e.g., printed uniforms, gifts, or promotional items) are not eligible for return, unless they arrive damaged, defective, or with printing errors caused by us.
- Non-customized items may be returned within 7 days of receiving the product.
Return Process
- Contact us at boldprints.sb@outlook.com or call 017-413 5708 within 7 days of delivery.
- Provide order details and photos of the issue (if applicable).
- Once approved, items must be returned in original condition and packaging.
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned product.
- For customized products, we may offer reprints or replacements instead of refunds, depending on the case.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
